Fleet 67 also organizes fun social events, clinics, team racing, and much more. Steps to join & race your boat with Vanguard 15 Fleet 67.

• Contact Fleet Captain Lu Han and let them know you are joining our fleet.

• Contact WESTREC (Chicago Park District) to get a rack spot for you boat.   It is important to do this right away in order to keep your boat down at Montrose.
• Contact Kate at WESTREC (312) 742-8520 ask her to fax or mail you an application for a “Vanguard 15” rack spot on the dry PAD at Montrose.
• I suggest you apply for a year round spot.   It keeps your spot available for next year, plus most people store their boats there year round.

• Join Vanguard Fleet 67.   You must be a member of our fleet to race with our fleet.

• Pay a one-time rack fee of $50.   Send a check for $50 made out to “Vanguard Fleet 67” to

  This Fee is used to keep the mast racks, sail locker, & other pad issues working.

• Join the Chicago Corinthian Yacht Club.   You must be a member of our Club to race with our fleet. See the Fleet Captain, Lu Han, or Mel Levy to help you with this step.
