Weston Regatta

Results
The Columbia Weston Regatta was held this Saturday. The folks at Columbia Yacht Club did a wonderful job pulling off six well sized double dogs in just three hours. The race course was square despite shifting conditions. The RC regularly adjusted the weather mark after the first beat and indicated clearly with signage at the bottom mark that the new weather mark was now "RIGHT". The crash boat was helpfully parked just to weather of the new weather mark making it a snap to find. After each race you may have had two to three minutes to gather your thoughts and take a bio break before the next race was fired up.
The food, beer (a keg of smooth ale) and warm hospitality were also great. Thanks Columbia! Ben Marden
